ULD-Naker Job Vacancy Platform
A digital recruitment platform built for people with disabilities. Applicant management, employer dashboards, and vacancy listings that actually meet inclusive hiring standards.
The Problem
People with disabilities in Indonesia didn’t just face fewer job opportunities. The recruitment platforms themselves were inaccessible. Screen readers couldn’t parse them, keyboard navigation was broken, and employers had no tools to run inclusive hiring. The whole pipeline was hostile to the people who needed it most.
What I Built
- Accessible vacancy listings: Job postings with screen reader support, keyboard navigation, and WCAG-compliant interfaces. Accessible by design, not as an afterthought.
- Applicant management: Full workflow from application to interview scheduling, with accommodations tracking built right in.
- Employer dashboards: Dedicated space for employers to post vacancies, review applicants, and manage inclusive hiring pipelines.
- Role-based access control: Applicants, employers, and admins each see only what’s relevant to them. No noise, no confusion.
