The Problem

School events with hundreds of guests meant spreadsheets everywhere, group chat chaos, and zero visibility into who actually showed up. The committee needed one platform to handle everything from invitation to post-event reporting.

What I Built

Guest registration & RSVP: Online registration with automated confirmation. Parents RSVP, get unique QR codes, done.
QR code check-in: Real-time scanning at the venue entrance. Scan, validate, track attendance. Instant.
Committee dashboard: Live attendance metrics, guest list management, and post-event reporting. Everything the committee needs on event day, in one place.
