The Problem

Kewpie’s production data lived in spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Tracking product info, bill of materials, and manufacturing workflows meant manual coordination that was slow and full of room for error. Classic data silo problem.

What I Built

• Product master data management: Centralized repository for all product information. No more duplicate records, no more inconsistent data.
• Bill of materials (BOM): Structured BOM tracking that links raw materials to finished products, with version control.
• Manufacturing workflow monitoring: Real-time visibility into production stages, from raw material intake to finished product.
