The Problem
Disaster fund allocation in Indonesia was buried in bureaucracy. Manual budgeting, paper-based approval chains, and a fat chance of administrative error. BNPB needed a system that could automate the whole thing while staying strictly compliant with national regulations.
What I Built
- Automated budgeting workflows: Structured budget planning that enforces regulatory constraints and kills manual calculation errors.
- Multi-level approval chains: Digital approval pipeline with role-based sign-off, audit trails, and compliance checkpoints at every stage.
- Fund distribution tracking: End-to-end visibility into fund disbursement across departments. Less manual intervention, fewer mistakes.
